Tuesday Febuary 20 at 6:00pm, Damas Nursery was presented with a proclimation for the generous donations given to the city of Pico Rivera. This event was televised on the local city channel.
Saturday, April 14 at 8:00am.
Damas Nursery participated in Pico Rivera's 9th Annual Community Pride Day. The event was held at Smith Park.

June 17, 2011 - DOWNEY YARD HAS BEEN EVACUATED
The recession has hit harder, forcing Damas Nursery to shut down it's Downey Ave yard. All plant stock have been completely removed and relocated to our East Los Angeles and Perris yard. We apologize for any inconvnience this has caused.

Our Bougainvillea, Hibiscus, and Calliandra stock have now been replenished. Plant stocks have made a better than expected come back.End

Severe frost hits western United States. Damas Nursery suffers losses totaling 1 million dollars. Ficus, Hybiscus, Tecomaria, Bougainvillea, and Giant Bird of paradise have been affected.End
